ABOUT DREW.

—hello, time for pleasantries

Drew Daniels (he/him)
Senior Digital Strategist

Over the last decade some would describe me, Drew Daniels, as an award-winning strategist, a digital organizer, or a creative addicted to curating Spotify playlists. When it comes to digital communications, I love producing intuitive experiences and strategies that drive social impact and create organizational sustainability.

Working with racal justice organizations, progressive political campaigns, and nonprofits, I lead and develop meaningful campaigns that disrupt the status quo and amplify powerful narratives across industries. Mood boards, digital production, project discovery, and short-pithy sentences are some ways I express my love language.

I am a multi-hyphenate creative and aspiring sneaker head skilled in producing record-breaking engagement, reach, and brand awareness. My superpower lies in my ability to identify digital opportunities and challenges responding with unrivaled execution and solutions.

I’ve been blessed and able to work on the front lines driving change during historic moments and organizations like Color Of Change, Human Rights Campaign, NASTAD, and Greater Good Strategy, District Running Collective, Amnesty International, Bevel, AIDS United, Netroots Nation, and others have sought my talents and thought-leadership.

I have the experience, education, and student loans to back up theory and concepts, as a millennial. I have studied and worked under prominent editors and leading industry senior executives from the New York Times, BET.com and VIBE Magazine, ultimately receiving my Master’s of Science in Nonprofit Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia and Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications and Marketing from Dillard University in New Orleans.

Based in Washington, DC, I was raised in the South. Texas to be exact, so sugar does go on grits.
